James Heaslip graduated from LSU in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and received his Professional Engineering (PE) license in 2004. Heaslip is a veteran civil and structural engineer specializing in industrial, commercial and residential structural analysis and design. Heaslip is licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
