This new, 17-story retail and residential complex in downtown New Orleans will complete in 2017. The structure is a slab-on-grade, pile-supported foundation and elevated concrete structure, re-steel and post tensioning supported. The structure will include retail space, six parking levels, 10 levels of apartments (224 units) and condos (26 units).
